<p>&#8220;Hmmm. Well if there is only summer, and summer is really hot, then I am not so sure there would be overpopulation. In really hot climates, life slows down a bit, people unaccustomed to the heat complain about being uncomfortable. So my thought would be, no, people would procreate less.</p>
<p>Spring, though, might be another question. It would be interesting to find statistics for areas of the world that feature specific climates and look at their population rates.</p>
