Reaction: Spring Fever vs. Winter Frustration

April 8th, 2008 by technitus

Thanks for your comment on this post Ellie!

“Hmmm. Well if there is only summer, and summer is really hot, then I am not so sure there would be overpopulation. In really hot climates, life slows down a bit, people unaccustomed to the heat complain about being uncomfortable. So my thought would be, no, people would procreate less.

Spring, though, might be another question. It would be interesting to find statistics for areas of the world that feature specific climates and look at their population rates.

Interesting questions.”

People tend to complain whatever weather it is. So I think it’s better to do activities that you will enjoy on a certain weather. Be positive!

Every whether will give you one choice or other to do. So enjoy each season and do the best suited practices on that weathers.

Funny man! I believe these are your thoughts.
People indulge in sexual activities irrespective of the weather, thats what I believe. It gives pleasure but giving birth is pain and if it happens in winter or rainy its good know!

That is an interesting point you bring up. I have never really thought about weather correlating with population. But now that I have, it does bring up other questions like weather and people being successful. I wonder if there are studies about it. I would be interested in learning more about it.

Hmm.. It’s always summer here in those tropical countries. It doesn’t mean that we have less population here =P

With more weathers/seasons, you can do more different things.

If the whole year is summer, you will begin to appreciate winter.

However, if it’s winter for the whole year, you’ll then start to appreciate summer :)

    I’m not sure (-:

I doubt that a year long summer can lessen procreation. Many tropical countries are already over populated. It will boil down to pure will if ever people decides to stop. :)
